Our commitment to you
Acceptable use policy
What every member may and may not do on 3CLove, and what happens when somebody crosses the line.
This policy is part of our terms of use. It covers everything on 3CLove: profiles, photographs, messages, calls and reports. It applies to every member, and to the people from the parish who run it.
Who may be hereRead moreCloseAdults who are free to marry, one account each, every one of them who they say they are.
- You must be eighteen or over. Anybody younger is removed as soon as we know, and where a child may be at risk we tell the police.
- You must live in the United Kingdom.
- You must be free to marry: never married, divorced, or widowed.
- One account per person, in your own name, with your own photographs. An account may not be shared, sold, or run for somebody else.
- You must prove who you are with a passport, driving licence or national identity card before you can contact anybody.
Never allowedRead moreCloseTrafficking, exploitation, illegal acts, impersonation and child sexual abuse material end an account at once and go to the police.
Whatever the circumstances, you may never use 3CLove to:
- take part in, promote, advertise or facilitate human trafficking or sex trafficking, including recruiting, moving, harbouring or controlling anybody for sexual exploitation, forced labour or domestic servitude;
- aid, abet, encourage or facilitate the abuse or exploitation of any person;
- offer, ask for or arrange sex, an escort or any kind of paid companionship;
- create, share, request, store or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or anything else that sexualises, endangers or exploits a child;
- commit, plan, promote or facilitate any illegal act, on 3CLove or through a connection made on it;
- impersonate anybody: pretend to be another person, use their name, photographs or identity documents, or open an account for somebody else.
Any one of these closes the account at once, without warning. We report it to the police, and the person may not join again.
If you think somebody is being trafficked or exploited, report them from their profile or your conversation, or call the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline, free at any time, on 08000 121 700. If somebody is in immediate danger, call 999.
What may not be posted or sentRead moreCloseNothing sexual, nothing hateful, nothing threatening, and nothing that is not yours to share.
In your profile, your photographs, your messages and your calls, you may not:
- share nudity, sexual images or sexually explicit messages, or show any of them on a video call;
- offer or ask for sex, an escort, or any kind of paid companionship. 3CLove is for marriage, and anything else closes the account;
- share anything that shows a child in a sexual or abusive way. We close the account and report it to the police at once;
- abuse or demean anybody for their race, ethnicity, nationality, faith, sex, disability, age, or anything else about who they are;
- threaten anybody, or encourage violence or self-harm;
- share somebody else’s photographs, messages, address, telephone number or other details without their permission;
- post anything illegal, or anything that helps somebody break the law;
- advertise, link to other sites, or send the same message to many members.
How members treat each otherRead moreCloseAs you would treat somebody from your own congregation.
You may not:
- ask another member for money, gifts, loans or investments, or take money from one, whatever the reason given;
- pretend to be somebody else, or give a false picture of your age, your marital status, your faith or your intentions;
- harass anybody, or keep contacting somebody who has stopped answering or has blocked you, whether here, from another account, or elsewhere;
- record a call without the other member’s agreement;
- use 3CLove to sell anything, to recruit for anything, or to promote another platform;
- open a new account after yours has been closed;
- get around the identity checks, reach parts of the platform that are not yours, collect members’ information by automated means, or interfere with how 3CLove works.
What happens when somebody breaks itRead moreCloseA person from the parish decides, and serious matters go to the police.
Every report is read by a person appointed by the parish. Depending on what happened, they may warn the member, remove what was posted, freeze the account while they look into it, or suspend or close it.
Where somebody may be at risk, we act first and look into it afterwards. Threats, fraud, and anything involving a child are reported to the police.
Reports involving somebody’s safety, a possible child, sexual content or threats are acted on within 24 hours, and every other report is resolved within two working days. Where an automatic check finds something serious, the account is paused at once until a moderator has looked.
Every decision is recorded with who made it and when. An account closed for breaking this policy does not have its registration fee returned, and the person may not join again.
Reporting somethingRead moreCloseReport from their profile or your conversation, or telephone the church.
You can report a member from their profile, or from your conversation with them under Block or report. A report reaches the administration straight away. Blocking takes effect at once, and the person you block is not told.
If it is urgent, telephone the church on +44 7463 001660 or +44 7474 691674. If somebody is in immediate danger, call 999.
Anybody, member or not, can write to newglory4christ@gmail.com to report something, including a photograph of them used without their permission, which we remove.
If you think we got it wrongRead moreCloseWrite to us, and a second person reads it.
Write to newglory4christ@gmail.com, say which decision you mean and why you think it was wrong, and ask for it to go to the parish priest. A second person, who did not make the first decision, reads it and replies within five working days. If they agree with you, the decision is reversed. If not, they tell you why, and the decision stands.
3CLove is run by CCC Mountain of New Glory, 14 Lockett Street, Cheetham Hill, Manchester M8 8EE. How we keep members safe is on our safety page, and how we answer the police is in our law enforcement guidelines.
Last changed on 14 October 2026. We will say here when it changes again, and tell members directly if the change affects what we do with their information.
